Carla – Registered Dental Hygienist

Carla begins each patient’s oral examination and teeth cleaning at their semiannual appointments. Carla checks every patient for signs of oral disease during their examination and takes digital dental X-rays that help the dentist check for cavities and other problems. After the dental exam by the doctor, Carla thoroughly cleans the teeth by scraping dental build-up and polishing the teeth. To help each patient, Carla goes through the steps of good home dental care, including how to brush and floss during the patient’s exam.

I became a dental hygienist because I wanted a rewarding career that allowed me to help others. My dental hygiene career has been amazing and a great pleasure. I graduated from Texas Woman’s University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree. My time with Dallas Laser Dentistry has been exceptional. The team is caring and supportive. I am happy to work with a truly amazing group. During my personal time, I enjoy playing tennis and spending quality time with my family. I’ve been blessed with an amazing husband and an adorable little girl. I can’t ask for anything more.

Karen – Registered Dental Hygienist

With three years of experience in the dental field, Karen is committed to providing gentle, thorough care with a strong focus on patient education. She enjoys helping patients understand their oral health and empowering them to feel confident in maintaining healthy, lasting smiles. Karen strives to create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient she meets.

Line – Lead Dental Assistant

As Lead Dental Assistant for cosmetic and laser dentistry at Dallas Laser Dentistry, Line assists Dr. Mary Swift with patient care. Line is a crucial part of the team as she ensures the dentists, hygienists, and patients have everything they need for a comfortable, efficient cosmetic dental procedure. A true asset to the practice, Line enjoys keeping the dentists and staff organized and prepared, as well as helping patients with any questions and concerns.

Ashton – Dental Assistant

As Lead Dental Assistant for Dr. Kelli at Dallas Laser Dentistry, Ashton assists Dr. Kelli in surgeries, ensures the area and instruments used by the dentists are clean, and the specific tools for the scheduled treatment for each patient are set up in the operatory. This helps each patient have a fast, efficient appointment. Ashton helps dentists during regular exams, and other dental treatments. In addition to assisting the staff of Dallas Laser Dentistry, Ashton can answer questions for patients and help prepare them for their appointment or procedure.

Gabriella – Dental Assistant

Gabriella is an experienced dental assistant with eight years in the field, known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to patient care. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through workouts or anything outdoors, exploring new recipes in the kitchen, and spending quality time with her family. Gabriella brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others to every environment she’s part of.

Jacque – Dental Assistant

Jacque has over 35 years’ experience as a Registered Dental Assistant, the last 13 years of which have been at Dallas Laser Dentistry. Jacque’s an east Texas girl, and still commutes from east of Dallas for over an hour. She helps all hygienists, doctors, and other clinical assistants as needed, particularly with our in-office teeth whitening procedures.

Savannah – Patient Concierge

Dallas Laser Dentistry treatment plans are prepared and presented by our friendly Patient Concierge and Business Team lead. Savannah works with the dentists and hygienists to prepare and discuss treatment plans they develop with patients with a smile and great service attitude, and helps patients secure financing if desired. Savannah also sends appointment reminders and helps patients schedule special services, like veneers, teeth whitening, or dental surgeries.

Suzanne – Business Manager

Suzanne has been a Business Associate at Dallas Laser Dentistry since 2001 and keeps everything in the office running smoothly. Suzanne handles all insurance claims, patient financing, and payment processing. Suzanne also manages the practice’s medical records and medical billing. Suzanne is the warm, friendly face that our regular and new patients last see when they complete treatment and want their cookies. She embodies the patient-centered values of Dallas Laser Dentistry.

Suzanne Noe joined Dallas Laser Dentistry over 20 years ago after spending many years in corporate sales. The close, tight-net family environment with Dr. Swift, fellow employees, and the bond with patients are what make this long-time working relationship amazing. Born and raised in Texas she is married with three adult children, the youngest of which is a new Red Raider. She lives in the country over 60 miles from Dallas, but for her, the long drive each day is worth it. When not spending time with her family she enjoys going to church, riding horses, raising cattle, crafting, photography, shopping, Canton Trades Day, traveling, and exploring Texas.

Alesha – Director of First Impressions

As Recare Coordinator/Director of 1st Impressions Alesha is the primary team member responsible for patient retention. She joined this amazing team here at Dallas Laser Dentistry in early 2025 and it has been a truly wonderful experience for our patients having her on board. Her goal is serving each patient for their lifetime by keeping them actively engaged and up to date with their oral health care.

Alesha’s been in the dental field for 36 years and loves every minute as she continues learning new things and meeting great patients.. She’s a true native Texan and a mom of 3 wonderful kids and 2 step-children that keep her busy. Alesha is a very outgoing person with a great personality, and loves to stay busy with family gatherings, attending sporting events, and anything that has to do with being outside – especially the pool, beaches, or taking long walks.
